Learner Drivers

Everybody learns differently. You will be treated as an individual with a tailor made course that suits. Intensive courses can be arranged on production of a theory pass certificate. Our syllabus will teach all the skills required to not only pass your driving test but to drive safely for the rest of your life.

BETC

Whilst learning to drive why not invest in a BTEC course in driving science. Not only will this also give you a vocational qualification equivalant to a GCSE, you will learn all about how outside factors have a massive effect on our decision making whilst driving, receive lessons in the dark and on the motorways and receive a very nice insurance discount. Test Plus

This is a course that is designed to enhance those skills taught during your learner training and to teach new skills to improve overall planning and awareness.
7 hours will be required to cover all the modules.

Motorway Driving

Motorways provide their own unique hazards that can cause many problems for new, inexperienced drivers. Expert tuition will ensure you will be shown how to negotiate all these hazards safely.

Rural Driving

Rural roads in Northern Ireland claim far too many casualties year after year. You will be shown how to use observation links to plan well and anticipate potential hazards associated with these types of roads.

Driving After Dark

Driving in the dark can be very daunting for the inexperienced driver. It can be very difficult to judge distance and speed of other vehicles. This module will provide good tips and techniques to deal with many hazards associated with driving after dark.

Town Driving

Driving in a town in peak periods can be very intimidating. Having to deal with increased volumes of traffic, busy complicated junctions and one way systems can be difficult enough for the experienced driver, let alone a newly qualified driver. You will be shown techniques that will keep you safe whilst remaining calm and focused.

All weather Driving

It is difficult enough to deal with the day to day hazards of junctions, traffic and pedestrians to name but a few. So when mother nature adds her bit, driving becomes even more hazardous. You will be given advice on how to deal with all sorts of weather from bright sunshine to rain, snow and ice.

Safety, Security and Technology

This module will expand on the show me / tell me questions to keep you safe and on the the road. You will be taught how to change a wheel, how to reduce the risk of getting your vehicle damaged, increase personal security and the benefits of ABS & ESP systems.

Advanced Driver Training

This course will teach you all about defensive driving and provide all the skills necessary to pass the RoSPA advanced driving test. Defensive Driving is the art of avoiding preventable collisions. It is a deliberate, skillful and responsible driving technique admired by others. As a defensive driver you are able to observe, anticipate and control situations. Course lengths vary according to individual abilities. An initial assessment drive at reduced rates will be offered to ascertain the time required.
